This form will be used as "Written Proof of Training on Registered Roads, NOT including farms, mine sites or in a yard". We require this in order to verify any students prior training. These forms WILL be verified via phone call or email.

Keens Truck Driver Training Bunbury have a strict seven (7) Day Cancellation Period Policy. If you wish to cancel, reschedule or move your booking, you MUST give seven (7) days notice, otherwise you WILL forfeit your full deposit.
